Frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, treated together in one visit of about 15 to 30 minutes. The price covers unlimited clinically appropriate units within the three upper-face areas, as determined by your treating nurse, so the cost does not change with the dose. Dysport or Jeuveau are available at the same price.

Free Signature Skin Renewal Microneedling

Medical-depth microneedling by a registered nurse for texture, tone, pores and fine lines, with numbing, MDPen treatment, growth factor gel and red light recovery. It can be upgraded for an added fee, quoted at your consultation.

Two-week refinement visit

Botox settles in 10 to 14 days. At about two weeks your nurse checks the result and adjusts anything that needs it, at no extra cost. Individual results vary.

1. Reserve in November. Book between November 1 and November 30, 2026, online or by phone. In the scheduler, choose Botox and mention the Black Friday deal.
2. Pay at your visit. Nothing is charged when you book.
3. Visits can be in December. Your appointments can fall in December, but all three visits must be completed by December 31, 2026.
4. Leave room for the refinement visit. It comes about two weeks after your Botox visit, so book Botox by mid-December at the latest.
5. Microneedling is a separate visit. The clinic tells you how far apart to space it.

Yes, within the three upper-face areas: your treating nurse uses the clinically appropriate dose for your result, and the price stays $549. If an area needs a little more at the refinement visit, that is included. Other areas, such as a lip flip, are priced separately.
