Treatment details

Injections only, in the clinic

Testosterone is given by injection once a week in the clinic, so you do not inject yourself at home. There are no gels, creams or pellets.

Optional hCG

hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is added only if it is prescribed for you, at $80 per month. It may help preserve testicular function and fertility potential; it is not a guarantee. With hCG from the start: $279 for month one, then $329 per month, $1,266 for the 4-month commitment.

In-clinic vs online TRT

  • Labs: drawn in the clinic before any prescription, not a mail-in kit.
  • Injections: given by a nurse each week, not self-injected.
  • Oversight: a named nurse practitioner and a named physician.
